Rook Agentics Limited, trading as Rook Agentics ("Rook", "we", "us"), wants rookagentics.com to be usable by as many people as possible, regardless of ability or the technology they use. Accessibility is an ongoing commitment, not a box we tick once.
Our standard
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines help make web content perceivable, operable, understandable and robust for everyone, including people who use assistive technologies.
What we work towards
In practice, we aim to:
- Maintain clear structure, headings and readable, well-contrasted text, important for our dark-mode design.
- Support keyboard navigation across the site.
- Provide meaningful text alternatives for non-text content.
- Use clear, plain language so our information is easy to follow.
- Design forms and the statement-upload flow to be usable with assistive technologies.
Assistive technology compatibility
We aim for our website to work with common assistive technologies, including screen readers, screen magnification, speech-recognition software and keyboard-only navigation, on current versions of major browsers and operating systems.
Ongoing improvements
We are a growing startup and we know accessibility is a journey. We review and improve the site over time, and we factor accessibility into new features as we build them. Some areas may not yet be perfect, and your feedback helps us prioritise.
Reporting an issue

Feedback
We welcome feedback on the accessibility of our website. It directly shapes how we improve.
