Rook Agentics Ltd provides card payment rate switching, merchant cash advance brokerage, and website design services to Irish SMEs. Services are delivered as described at the point of engagement. No warranty is given beyond a 99.5% uptime SLA for hosted digital services.
We act as an intermediary between businesses and card processing providers. Quoted savings are indicative based on your current merchant statement. Final rates are subject to provider approval. We do not hold or process card data directly.
Cash advances are arranged through partner lenders. Approval, amount, and collection rate are at the lender's discretion. Repayment is collected as a fixed percentage of daily card takings. No direct debits or personal guarantees are required by Rook Agentics.
Website projects are delivered per agreed scope. One-off build fees are payable upfront. Monthly support fees cover hosting, maintenance, and minor content updates as described in your project agreement.
Billing is processed via Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled with 30 days' notice. Advance credits are non-refundable once utilised.
Our liability is limited to fees paid to Rook Agentics in the 12 months prior to any claim, up to a maximum of €10,000. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Either party may terminate ongoing services with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, access to hosted services ceases at the end of the notice period. Outstanding balances are due immediately.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email with 14 days' notice of material changes.
